Question by Ninutcha: What do you guys think about beauty products?
1.Wearing a make up is a good idea or bad?
2. The more expensive the products are the better quality they have?
3. Do the products really work? (Anti-age, make skin soft, etc)
4. Are you happy using cosmetic products, never have any problems?
P.S – need feedback for my research, please

Answer by Laneymom 1. It can be a good idea if you use quality products and clean your face every night to remove it.
2. I don’t always believe that a higher price means higher quality. There are many inexpensive products on the market that are of good quality, such as L’Oreal or Physicians Formula.
3. I personally haven’t had much luck with the effectiveness of anti-aging make-up, but I do find that the moisturizers and creams are helpful.
4. I wear make-up daily and have never had any adverse effects from it, other than I tend to have dry skin, and I need to apply moisturizer beneath my make-up to keep it from caking.
I’ve been using the Positively Radiant products by Aveeno for a little over a month now so I decided to review them. Video Rating: 4 / 5

If you require this for research (I am a male 36yrs old married 2 kids)
1. Good idea – but in moderation;
2. Don’t know, but I don’t think this is necessarily true.
3. Yes
4. I use creams for dry skin, and cologne or eau de toilette as well as natural product spefically tea tree oil – Tea tree solves all problems. Never had any problems with cosmetics.
1. I love makeup, i think it’s great. it enhances peoples appearance, and can sometimes correct things people don’t like on their face, and none of it is damaging unless you apply it badly/roughly or if you get products that are very oily.
2. hmm I think that is true. MAC is very very good, so many different products and colours and such. estee lauder has the best foundation shades for me, all the cheap brands dont match my skin at all. but has pretty good stuff too. alot of it is comparable to MAC.
3. sheseido moisturizer and hydration lotion and cleanser all work for me, toners work for me too. bio white works well to get rid of acne scars and such. i’ve tried a cream that goes under eyes to get rid of dark circles but that doesnt work, i forget what its called sorry.
4. i have problems finding the right shade foundation and concealer. i’m allergic to the foundation brush from revlon and also some facial cleansing wipes irritate my skin but nivea is good for me.
1. I think it’s just personal choice, but it’s okay as long as you use it in moderation, and remove it at night.
2. Not at all. My favourite body moisturiser is available at 99p for a reasonable sized pot. (Cyclax Cocoa Butter). It’s really good, much better than some more expensive one’s I’ve tried.
3. I don’t know about anti-age and anti-wrinkle etc. cause I’m too young, but some definitely help make your skin softer.
4. Yeah, I’m fine with them. Never had any problems.
1. I think wearing make-up is not a bad idea. It is very important to know the proper way to wear it and to cleanse your skin to keep it healthy. Natural make-up with only natural ingredients that will not harm your skin is something to think about.
2. The more expensive does not necessarily mean the better. Again you have to use what works for you and what is right for your skin. There are times that the mark-up is high on cosmetics because there are so many people involved in getting the product on the shelf for us.
3. I do believe that there are product that will make the skin soft and that do work. When thinking about skin we have to thin about our overall health. What we put in our bodies have a huge effect on our skin.
4. I am happy using cosmetic product. I am a person that needs a very good moisturizer. I have had problems in the past with skin care. I now use all natural skin care products and I am so pleased with the results.
I think they are a waste of money and time.
Althought it looks like im wearing makeup in my picture, its just a trick of light from using a graphics program.
I never wear makeup, foundation, etc and only use moisturiser as required, never on a daily basis.
The only reason so many girls use all this rubbish is because their magazines tell them to. They are just being exploited for their money.
I have heard of girls as young as 20 using anti-wrinkle, anti-aging products! EEHHHH??? Im 30 and I know if you don;t use any of this rubbish you will have better skin in the long term.
most guys don’t use this stuff, so don’t see why girls feel they HAVE to use it.
