B&B has started stocking Keihls products in the rooms! My very favorite brand. But I hadn’t used their stuff in a while, because it’s expensive and I was all "Ha, I’ll just buy crap in the drugstore, it’s all the same anyway…" but now I remember that it’s *not* the same and I really, really miss using high-end beauty products. Dammit.

Go to a Black Hair Care salon, they sell lots of African soaps and that are 100% natural.

My girlfriend swears by Fashion Fair, they have a skin care line to go along with their makeup. There’s also Palmer’s but for me it’s hit and miss. Personally there’s this spa line ( it’s not too expensive) called Dermalogica that is really gentle but really cleans and moisturises. I’ve had really good results with it. Be prepared to shell out a couple hundred bucks but a little goes a long way.

I am a woman of color, and I have tried various skin care products. I finally found a skin care line that is great. It is called Arbonne. The skin care is self-adjusting to any skin type, and you will experience results within weeks. The products are botanically based. It is abolutely amazing!! I love the products so much that I am a consultant. If you’d like to get more information about the product, please visit my website http://www.nuessence.myarbonne.com.
