Ahava Code Pink at Bed Bath & Beyond 63
Code Pink called on Bed, Bath & Beyond to stop selling Ahava cosmetics.
‘Ahava promises “Beauty Secrets from the Dead Sea.” But the real secrets it keeps are an ugly truth—its products actually come from stolen Palestinian natural resources in the Occupied Territory of the Palestinian West Bank, and are produced in the illegal settlement of Mitzpe Shalem.’
My 2 cents: When showering limit the time to 5 minutes(Dr. Susan Taylor a dermatologist states it helps to not dry out the skin) and shower with lukeworm water–this limits the steam. Also if you can leave the door open, this also prevents steam buildup in your bathroom. This will help you hair stay straighter longer. If you are worried about getting your hair flat ironed professionally, go in for a consultation. Find out beforehand what products the stylist uses and what is her rountine. Ask how long she would take. Also voice your worries. Tell her what you recommend her to do if she runs into a tangle. Tell her your methods(if you have them) on how you would like her to detangle and comb your hair. Telling her beforehand will ease your worries, and prevent regrets later. If you have any requirements such as how many passes of the flat iron, and how hot the flat iron should be—telll her at this time. If you do this both of yall will be happy at the end. Well for me it would be a tie between CVS and Walgreens only because I don’t have a Albertsons, and a Sav-on. But you should just check around, they are not the only place that has deal, and savings. Also you can find great deal when stores have coupons and sales. Also, I do most if not all of my shopping and comparison shopping on line on Ebay, etc. You can find some great deals on there.
walgreens always have sales on makeup
